In 2004, our first Professional Peer Review Support Team has been initiated in our office in Novi Sad, Serbia with two full-time employees as Tier One case support for European based end-users. Over the past few years our professional peer review support team has grown to 10 members with collective 48 years of online scientific peer review support knowledge performed on all levels.
As of the fall 2008, another five-member European Support Team has been established to provide Professional Editorial Office Support for a growing list of online scientific journals.
